Try Stand Up Paddleboarding at Three Oaks Recreation Center on June 10th, 2012 starting at 10am until 4pm. Attend a Free 15-30 minute dry land lesson followed by 15-30 minutes on the water on the North Lake. There will also be different boards to try out for the demo. This event will be taking place at the North Marina. There is a $5 parking fee to get into the recreation center for non-residents of Crystal Lake. Three Oaks is a beautiful park where you can spend the entire day enjoying the outdoors. Bring a towel and enjoy the swim beach and the spray park. Bring your fishing pole and rent a boat for catch and release fishing. Bring a picnic lunch or buy your lunch at the on site Culvers Concession which is in the 4,400 square foot lake house with shower and locker rooms.
